- Each wine may be allocated or not
- Wine may be reserved for sales channels, regions, brokers, salesman, distributors and restaurants
- Two modes: Can set aside a reserve (guaranteed) quantity for a customer or can place a limit on quantity purchased
- Integrated with other AMS systems
- Status reports and inquiry screens show original allocation, adds/subtracts, shipped, on-order and available
