Used to track both supplies on-hand and, via the AMS purchasing system, supplies that have been ordered from the supplier but not yet received- Allows bottling schedules to be maintained for multiple bottling lines
- Records bills-of-material to indicate which bottling supplies are needed to produce a finished wine
- Projects demand for supplies based on the bottling schedule and bills-of-material
- Integrates with purchasing and general inventory
- Entered bottling events relieve supplies inventory and produce finished wine inventory
