We’ve made some useful changes in Wine Club.  In short, you’ll have a whole lot more choices.

Instead of being limited to 4 you may now create any number of wine clubs.  A member of multiple clubs can now use different credit cards and e-mail addresses for each club.  Helps separate business and personal life. 

Handling vacations, gift memberships, and snow birds just became a lot easier too.
We made the changes to support our customers with large clubs.  And everyone that's growing their club business.

On January 1, 2010 AMS became AMS Software LLC, DBA Advanced Management Systems.  The only thing that’s changed is we’re now operating as an entity.  Something customers have recommended to us for years.  There has not been any change in control.  Steve still owns the business, now a LLC.

Ever thought "I wish I could just showthem what I mean"?  Now you can.  We've completed work on our new "Advanced Remote Support" system.  It's used to improve phone support sessions.  Each party, with permission, can see the other's screen.

If you've used WebEx or GoToMeeting, you have a feel for what we're talking about.  But this tool is far simpler to use.  In other systems there are a number of steps to connect. In AMS Advanced Remote Support you approve the session when prompted.  That's it, you're connected in just one step.

We've been using it since February.  Feedback from customers and our support staff has been very positive.
